Terms and Conditions

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Dotekas.eu rules (hereinafter – “Rules”) establish the general terms and conditions for using the Dotekas.eu website (hereinafter – “Website”) and apply to all users of the Website and those contacting UAB “Dotekas” (hereinafter – “Seller”) regarding product delivery or service requests.
1.2. The Website may be used by any individuals or companies legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable law. By registering or submitting a request, the visitor confirms that they have the right to use the Website’s features.
1.3. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change, correct, or supplement the Rules. The Rules in effect at the time the visitor submits a request or contacts the Seller shall apply.
1.4. The Seller is not responsible if the visitor fails to familiarize themselves with the Rules, even though the opportunity was provided. The Seller assumes no liability in such cases.
1.5. The Seller has the right to limit the number of registered users depending on the Website’s technical capabilities.
1.6. If a visitor violates the Rules or disrupts the Website’s operation, the Seller has the right to restrict access to Website features or terminate registration without prior notice.
1.7. The Seller has the right to suspend or discontinue the Website’s operation without prior notice to the visitor.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
2.1. By registering or submitting a request on the Website, the visitor grants Dotekas.eu (hereinafter – “Seller”) the right to collect, store, use, organize, and process personal data provided by the visitor when using Website features or contacting the Seller regarding product delivery, service requests, or other matters related to the Seller. Submission or refusal to have data processed for the purposes described above does not affect the ability to use Website content, but certain data may be required to provide the requested service.
2.2. The Seller ensures that personal data provided by visitors are processed in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable laws regulating data processing and protection. Personal data used for direct marketing purposes are processed only with the visitor’s consent.
2.3. The Seller will use visitors’ personal data exclusively for its operations and in cooperation with partners involved in handling requests, product delivery, or other service-related processes. The Seller will not disclose data to third parties, except for the aforementioned partners or as required by Lithuanian law.
2.4. The Seller ensures that visitors’ personal data are stored only as long as required for their processing purposes. Data used for direct marketing purposes are stored for 2 years after the last contact with the visitor. After this period or once the data is no longer necessary, it will be securely destroyed.
2.5. Visitors have the right, upon request, to access their personal data processed by the Seller, obtain information on the purposes of data processing, request correction of inaccurate data, suspend processing (except storage if required by law), or request deletion where permitted by applicable law.
2.6. The Seller undertakes to promptly satisfy visitors’ requests regarding access, correction, suspension, or deletion of personal data in accordance with the deadlines established by Lithuanian law.

3. PRODUCT PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. Product prices are provided to clients individually, taking into account order specifications, quantity, and production timelines.
3.2. The buyer must pay for ordered products according to the issued proforma invoice, and the payment term is determined individually with each client.
3.3. Official proforma invoices and invoices are provided to the buyer and can be downloaded or received via email.

4. PRODUCT DELIVERY
4.1. Products are shipped to Lithuania, Latvia, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and other European countries.
4.2. The buyer pays the delivery fee specified at the time of order.
4.3. Standard delivery time is 3 business days from dispatch.
4.4. If Dotekas is unable to deliver all ordered products due to objective reasons, the buyer will be informed separately.
4.5. Products are delivered to the address specified by the buyer. The buyer agrees to receive the products personally or designate another person to receive them. If the buyer or their representative is not present, the products may be handed over to another adult at the same address.
4.6. In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond Dotekas’s control. In such cases, the buyer will be contacted regarding a new delivery time.
4.7. Upon receipt, the buyer must check the package and quantity of goods together with the courier. Any damage must be noted on the delivery document. If not noted, the shipment is considered delivered in good condition. If products are missing or do not match the order, the buyer must immediately notify Dotekas.

5. PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND RETURN
5.1. Defective products are exchanged or returned in accordance with the “Rules for Return and Exchange of Goods” approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania on June 29, 2001, and other applicable Lithuanian laws. In such cases, transportation costs are covered by us.
5.2. Products of proper quality may also be returned to the seller within 14 days from the sale date. The buyer bears transportation costs for returning products of proper quality. Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original intact packaging;
  • The product is not damaged by the buyer;
  • The product has retained its commercial appearance (tags, protective films intact, etc.) (this does not apply to defective products);

The product is returned with the same components as received by the buyer.
5.3. When returning or exchanging products, the Seller may require the buyer to complete a return/exchange form provided by the Seller.
5.4. Refunds for returned products are issued to the buyer’s bank account no later than 5 business days from the return date.

6. WARRANTY
6.1. Dotekas, UAB provides a warranty for all products it manufactures if they are used according to their intended purpose and in compliance with operation and maintenance requirements specified in the product manual or technical specification.
6.2. The warranty period starts from the date of product handover to the buyer.
6.3. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage resulting from improper use, mechanical damage, transportation or maintenance errors, natural wear and tear, or modifications made without Dotekas’s consent.
6.4. If the buyer discovers a defect, they must immediately notify Dotekas via email at info@dotekas.eu
or by phone at +370 777 9101, providing a product description, photos, and order number.
6.5. In the case of a warranty claim, Dotekas, UAB may, at its discretion: a) repair the defect, b) replace the product with a new one, or c) refund the purchase price. The warranty solution depends on the nature of the defect and the product’s specifications.
6.6. The warranty applies to both domestic and international customers if the products were received and used according to these conditions. Dotekas, UAB is not responsible for consequences resulting from improper use beyond the warranty period.
